By creating an account or otherwise using this server ("the Service") at paa.pub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides a personal data store (a "Solid Pod") and federated social networking features via ActivityPub, allowing you to store data, manage a WebID-based identity, and interact with accounts on this and other federated servers.

3. Account Registration and Security

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify the administrator promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, whether on this server or federated servers;
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited bulk content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems not your own.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you store in your Pod and the activities you post. By using the Service's federation features, you understand that content you make public or address to other accounts will be transmitted to and stored by the destination servers, which the operator of this Service does not control.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Termination

The administrator may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, at their discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

The operator of this instance should specify the jurisdiction whose laws govern these Terms.
